Charniece L. Johnson known by many as 'Moma Char' was born in Pittsburgh, PA. She is currently residing in the home town of NBA Champion and Super Star LeBron James. Growing up living from state to state, foster home after foster home, Char is honored to represent the City of Akron as her home town. Childhood and young adult experiences was not skipping, hopping, jumping or running through the park, but the hardships and disappointments are very well credited to development of this powerful business minded woman of today.

Recognizing her talent of management and leadership in 1998 after being promoted within a 12 month period from Call Center Representive to a Call Center Trainer for a brief period to be promoted to Call Center Supervisor and then becoming Technology Strategies of Twinsburg, OH Call Center Development Manager, she knew a career oriented 9 to 5 working for someone else wasn't a rewarding destination. Working in various fields such as; nursing homes (Certified Nursing Assistant), local bars (Bar Hostess), retail establishments (Cashier/Customer Service) and abundance of various odd adventures, Char embraced her versatility of multi-tasking and treated each employment opportunity as if it were her own business.

Even though she gave more than a 100% of dedication to each and every employment opportunity, there was a fulfillment not being met. In 2010 Char attended Regency Beauty Institute where she met India Little (Tariana) and offered to assist India in pursuing her singing career. Not having any previous experience as Artist Management, Char was more than ecstatic to take on this challenge. Today, she is more than pleased with the progress and relationships established assisting various unsigned artist in the Akron, OH Community. Char’s Personal Touch Management was established in August of 2015 and still strongly building a brand with respect. Char is currently an Administrative Assistant to BMe Community Leader Aaron Epps and Radio Host on Ear Kandy Radio with Live Broadcast every Tuesday Morning at 9 a.m. Eastern Time.
